5 eggs ½ cup melted butter or margarine ½ cup sugar ¾ cup 1% fat milk 5 tsp cornstarch 1 can whole corn 5 cans cream corn Onion flakes to flavor Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, butter and corn. Whisk in cornstarch, mustard, onion flakes. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean. Fresh corn can be used in season. Cynthia Mosley Lenni Lenape Tribe
